YEDI Expands with a New Downtown Toronto Campus at 720 Spadina Avenue

We’re excited to share a major milestone for YEDI.
As part of our continued growth and commitment to supporting entrepreneurs, startups, and innovative businesses, YEDI has expanded into a new downtown Toronto campus at 720 Spadina Avenue.
Located just steps from the University of Toronto’s St. George campus and Spadina Station, this new space places our community in the heart of one of Canada’s leading innovation corridors.
More Space for Innovation
The new campus features over 77,000 square feet of commercial space, with approximately 22,000 square feet currently available for new tenants and partners.
One of the biggest advantages of the new campus is that it offers below-market commercial space, making it easier for startups, technology companies, and growing organizations to establish or expand their presence in downtown Toronto without the high cost typically associated with the area.
