Dr. Haniyeh Yousofpour is an award winning Harvard educated business professor and consultant with a passion in organizational change management, influential negotiation and effective utilization of human capital.
Dr. Yousofpour is a multiple award winner educator teaching in the full time and part time Masters of Business Administration and executive education Program at various high ranked universities including Schulich School of Business at York University, DeGroote School of Business at McMaster, Rotman School of Business at University of Toronto, Canadian University of Dubai, University of Salzburg. Furthermore, she has delivered keynotes as a speaker for various conferences globally (Global Women in Leadership, ASAC, CCECC, Failcon and etc).
In addition to her teaching, Dr. Yousofpour has co founded a consulting company – Leonnova – engaging in various integrative management consulting services focusing on People, Productivity, Performance, to multinational Fortune 500 companies, small to midsize companies, and professional consulting to the public sector including Ministries, Municipalities and highly respectable international academic institutions. Furthermore, she has developed an interactive Leadership Development Program, for organizations focusing on developing skills necessary to succeed in today’s environment including critical thinking, negotiations, decision making, service orientation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
