Tony Orsi is a partner and patent agent with Bereskin & Parr LLP and a member of the firm’s Patent, Electrical & Computer Technology and Industrial Designs practice groups. Tony’s practice focuses on patents in the electrical, biomedical, software, and mechanical fields with an emphasis on evaluating new technologies, patent searching, patent drafting and IP management strategies. Tony has worked on patent protection for various technologies including electronic circuits, electronic devices, communication systems, radar systems, video and signal processing systems, and imaging systems. Tony works with clients to help them learn about IP, develop their IP strategy and build their IP portfolio. Tony has also helped clients develop in-house IP programs and develop budgets to support their IP portfolios. Tony has a Bachelors and a Masters in Electrical engineering and has industry experience having worked in the areas of ASICs and digital signal processing.
