Lalit Guglani

Lalit is a former CEO of four different small to medium enterprises turned innovator, educator, mentor, coach and investor in early-stage enterprise nurturing innovation and growth. He has extensive experience in developing, turning around and growing businesses across different industries. He has experience in, operations, technical services, projects, sales and marketing, finance and supply chain in diverse environments prior to becoming CEO.

Lalit has coached, mentored, put together and implemented successful programs for educating entrepreneurs in Toronto, managed incubators, run business model validation experiential programs in Canada and abroad.

He has over 40 years of experience and is conversant with all aspects of business and has wide experience in identifying the issues/opportunities and developing and deploying an integrated solution to achieve bottom line

He holds BTech, MBA and is a qualified Lean Launchpad educator.
