Job Description:
We are seeking a Marketing and Outreach Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing and Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for growing our social media presence, managing our podcast, and developing strategies to drive more applications for our accelerator program. This role will require a combination of outreach, strategy, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and followers on all platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
•Manage and produce content for our podcast, including scheduling guests, creating episode outlines, and coordinating with our production team
•Create and implement marketing campaigns to drive more applications for our accelerator program
•Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including mentors, investors, and entrepreneurs
•Provide exceptional customer service to all applicants and program participants
•Monitor and analyze marketing and outreach performance data to continuously improve results
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
•1+ years of experience in marketing and outreach
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Experience managing social media platforms and producing podcasts
•Excellent organizational and project management skills
•Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns
•Familiarity with customer service best practices
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
